Interlibrary Loan

Materials not owned by Bronx Community College Library and the Learning Resources Center can be obtained through interlibrary loan. Forms for requesting material are available at the reference desk. In addition, the Interlibrary Loan Request form can be downloaded and submitted to the library.

Many items requested may be obtained in one to two weeks, if available locally. Some material may take longer. When the requested item is received, you will be notified. To pick up interlibrary loan materials go to the Tech Help Desk. The check out period and conditions of use are set by the lending library. CUNY Libraries Inter-Campus Services (CLICS) allows for BCC faculty, staff and students to place a request on any circulating material from CUNY college libraries. The item will be delivered to BCC Library for the requestor to pick up at the Circulation Desk within a period of 48 hours or less.
